The Chess Playground Complex Skill Development Program targets pre-schoolers (aged 4-6) and it focuses on general skills development. An integral part of the program, the books “Adventures on the Chessboard”, “Chess Moves” and “Check and Mate” are coloured by developmental tasks, games, rhymes, stories and stickers to provide a lasting experience for the children. The use of the program in preschool is enhanced by online and offline resources, skill-building tools, game cards and lesson plans related to the books.
